FAQ
Common support questions
How quickly can you respond to a breakdown?+
Customers on a service plan get priority response, typically with a remote diagnosis the same day and an on-site engineer within 24–48 hours depending on location.
Do you service machines you did not supply?+
Yes. Our engineers can assess, repair and maintain most makes of packing machinery, and can often retrofit upgrades or genuine replacement parts.
Can you train new operators after handover?+
Absolutely. We offer refresher and new-hire training sessions on site or at our facility, covering safe operation, changeover and first-line troubleshooting.
What is included in a preventive maintenance plan?+
Scheduled inspections, wear-part replacement, calibration, safety checks and a condition report — tailored to your machines and running hours.
